We understand that starting a new exercise routine on your journey to improve your health and fitness can be daunting. That’s why our Personal Trainers and Exercise Specialists will work with you to develop a plan that is tailored to you and your individual goals.

HOW DOES PT WORK?

Step One.

Get in touch with us! After an initial email (you can get the ball rolling by hitting the “Get Your Free Consultation Button”), we’ll arrange a friendly, no obligation call to answer any questions you might have and to book your free 30 minute consultation.

Step Two.

During this free consultation, you will meet your friendly, expert Personal Trainer. Here you will discuss your goals with them in more depth and form a plan to achieve them. We have a variety of session times and types to suit your schedule and budget. 

Step Three.

From here you will work with your Personal Trainer on a regular basis to continue working to your health and fitness goals. They will provide additional support where needed regarding nutrition, extra exercise outside of sessions and that little bit of encouragement that we all need when things get tough – we’re in your corner!
