During our SGPT sessions you can expect to be training with 2-4 other people all working together.
Our hour long sessions will take you through a structured full body strength session, whilst in our 45-minute sessions expect to get the heart rate up & get sweaty.
These sessions are all booked ad-hoc via a WhatsApp community, so enquire below to get involved.
SGPT FAQs
Do I have to buy a package or commit to a weekly booking? No - the sessions are booked on an ad-hoc basis every Sunday via WhatsApp. Simply click Yes on the WhatsApp Poll of the session you’d like to join
I’m a beginner can I join in? Yes, just expect to be using lighter weights compared to our more experienced attendees. Our small groups ensure the session is still tailored to your individual ability level.
How much do they cost? Sessions range between £15-25 depending on how many people are in attendance.
Are there any cancellation fees? No, simply tick No on the WhatsApp Poll to let the PT know you can’t make it.
